Privacy policy
This policy explains how we handle personal information for our team task system, our WhatsApp task messages and this website. We will publish a fuller policy covering clients before we start selling to clients.
Who we are
Quantix AI (Pty) Ltd (CIPC registration number 2026/874791/07) is based at 18 Brewer Road, Summerstrand, Gqeberha, 6001, South Africa. Our Information Officer is Tyler du Plooy, who can be reached at tyler@wwwnexoragroup.com.
What information we collect
- Team members: full name, mobile number, work email, the business and role they work in, task records and the work they hand in.
- People who message our WhatsApp business number: their phone number, WhatsApp profile name and message content.
- People who email us: their name, email address and what they write.
- This website: it has no contact forms, cookies or tracking tools. Our web host, Cloudflare, may keep basic technical records, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
- To assign, send and track work tasks.
- To review and approve the work team members hand in.
- To reply to messages and emails.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not use team members' numbers for marketing.
Who we share it with
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate) stores our task system and email.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) delivers our WhatsApp messages.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Information sent outside South Africa
Microsoft, Meta and Cloudflare may store or process information outside South Africa. We only send personal information outside South Africa as allowed by section 72 of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), for example with the person's consent.
How long we keep it
We keep team members' information while they work with us, and delete mobile numbers within 30 days after they leave. Task records and handed-in work are kept as business records for 7 years.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it. Accounts are protected with multi-factor sign-in. We never share passwords or access keys by WhatsApp or in spreadsheets.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email tyler@wwwnexoragroup.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date above when this policy changes and tell team members about important changes.
